Brownie Day of Clay - March 2006
75 eager Brownies attended this event along with lots of Guiders, Trefoil Guild members, Rangers, Young Leaders, Guides and one or two mums. There were lots of different crafts on offer that were made from clay: pendants, trinket boxes, wreaths, animals, woven baskets, flat beads, round beads, egg cups ... the list goes on. All the Brownies got their Craft badge and it was fantastic to see them all struggling out of the door with their box full of crafts that they had made and painted. A big thank you goes to everyone who helped on the day - the room was clean and tidy by 3.30pm which was an amazing achievement.
