Changes to purchase of restricted items, such as long-service awards
Girlguiding Sheffield is taking over the ordering and sale of items that are restricted i.e. can only be purchased through County. Follow this link to view the items that are covered. Items not covered in the restricted list are still available from SGS.
The most significant change is probably to long-service awards. Commissioners can use the attached form to apply for a long-service award. The award, once approved, can then be collected from here if convenient, or can be sent out by mail to the commissioner.

Once a girl completes her BP Challenge, she needs to complete a form to be passed through to her District Commission for signing the challenge off

Most of the forms are in PDF format. To view these documents, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. This is a free program which can be downloaded from the Adobe web site. Follow the installation instructions provided on the Adobe web site if you need to install this program.
If you have created your own version of these forms (and it is perfectly OK for you to do so!) and you want to share them with others in the County, email them in and we can put them on the website.
