Core Hours when the Warden is available
Winter: 1st October to 31st March inc

Please respect the warden's privacy by only visiting or telephoning them during these hours. We also recommend that you telephone the wardens before visiting the site.
Risk Assessments and Guidelines
Guidelines and risk assessments are now available for activities at the OAC. This is to give you the chance to read them before arriving at the OAC, giving you the opportunity to prepare yourself and your group. Guidelines are included for all the activities listed below. You can also get a full risk assessment by following the link to each activity.

Friends of OAC
The Friends were founded in 1988 to support the Outdoor Activity Centre and to keep people in touch with developments and activities at the Centre. Membership is open to all, including Guiders, members of the Senior Section, Trefoil Guild, Units and people outside the movement who are interested in O.A.C.
