Dore Well Dressing: The Well Dressing takes a week to make.
The clay is put on the board on the Saturday and the design is then pricked out onto the
clay. The Guides from 124th and 125th Units, together with their Guiders, work on the
tableau during the week and it is erected at the horse trough at the corner of Devonshire
Terrace and Causeway Head Road. All the Guides that help at the Well Dressing enjoy it and
it is sometimes hard to tear them away when their parents come to collect them.
